After enjoying a joyful and delightful Spring Festival holiday, Taicang Refrigerated Containers successfully held its event on the morning of February 21. 2024 "Safety 100" Campaign & New Year Kick-off Ceremony Leaders from the company's management department, managers from all departments, as well as employees such as workers and clerks—everyone who was on duty that day—participated in this event. Additionally, Yang Weitang, Vice President of the Container Group, General Manager of the Cold Chain Technology Division, Mr. Fan Pingyan The two leaders also attended the event, cheering on Taicang's new journey in the Year of the Dragon for its refrigerated containers!
At the beginning of the event, the host first extended New Year greetings to everyone and announced 2024 Taicang Refrigerated Container "Safety 100" Campaign & New Year Kick-off Ceremony Officially begin.

Filled with everyone’s hopes for the New Year and heartfelt wishes for Taikang’s enduring success, firecrackers danced joyfully on the ground, while celebratory cannons erupted brightly in the sky. The atmosphere at the scene was festive, grand, and extraordinarily lively.
Following this, the HSE Department hosted the Taicang Cold Box "Safety 100" campaign. At the briefing session, the HSE Department emphasized: "Safe production relies on the dedication of everyone." "Safety 100"— “ 1" It's always putting safety first—this is our safety management philosophy, as well as the guiding principle for everyone's actions. The last two... “0” Zero violations, zero accidents—this is the shared goal and aspiration of Taicang's refrigerated containers. At the same time, "Safety 100" also symbolizes the entire campaign lasting for 100 days.

During the opening speech segment, leaders from the Management Department first extended their New Year greetings and best wishes to everyone, welcoming them back to their posts as they embark on a new journey.
The leadership of the Management Department stated in their address: "In 2023, the refrigerated container market faced severe challenges due to multifaceted factors such as geopolitical tensions and imbalances between supply and demand. However, Taicang Refrigerated Containers, under the firm leadership of the Group, managed to..." In 2024, facing an increasingly complex and challenging external environment, the leadership of the Management Department has urged the company—both at headquarters and on-site—to maintain a pragmatic work style and continuously enhance on-site management capabilities. All management personnel are firmly expected to fully implement the overarching principle that "managing production means managing safety, and handling business operations also requires prioritizing safety," ensuring that every level of leadership diligently fulfills their responsibilities as the "first responsible person." Drawing on relevant systems such as the "HSE Responsibility System" and the "HSE Reward and Punishment Management Regulations," we must systematically strengthen HSE management accountability at all levels, encouraging the active participation of every employee in HSE initiatives. Furthermore, we should vigorously promote HSE checklist-based management and a comprehensive HSE points system for all staff, fostering a workplace culture where everyone actively embraces and excels at safety practices.
Finally, the leaders of the Management Department urged that in 2024, Taicang Cold Boxes must firmly implement the Group’s HSE development philosophy, working together to drive the company toward safer, healthier, more sustainable, and high-quality growth.
Message from the Leadership of the Container Group
Yang Weitang, Vice President of the Container Group, expressed in his message his recognition and appreciation for Taicang Reefer Containers' impressive achievements in 2023, despite the challenging external market conditions. He also conveyed the Container Group's key business direction for 2024—“ Pursue progress steadily while striving for innovation and breakthroughs in business. ”, where Stable operations are the foundation, and safety is the lifeline of the factory—a prerequisite for steady business growth. Therefore, it is particularly important to effectively implement all HSE-related tasks.
Regarding the implementation of safe production work at Taicang Cold Box in 2024, General Manager Yang put forward the following three expectations and requirements:
1. We must diligently study and understand the law, strictly fulfill our HSE management responsibilities, and ensure we know our duties, carry them out effectively, and fully commit to meeting them.
2. We must diligently implement the Group’s HSE philosophy of “Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Safety & Health, and Green Operations,” maintaining a constantly cautious mindset—like walking on thin ice—and staying grounded by focusing firmly on the workplace. This will ensure solid execution of on-site foundational management practices, keeping risks under control at all times.
3. We must strengthen our learning efforts—every individual should bravely become a guardian of safe production, diligently studying and adhering to safety rules and regulations, while continuously enhancing their own awareness of potential risks. At the same time, we should also embrace new technologies such as intelligent and digital systems, constantly elevating the inherent safety standards of our equipment, thereby providing robust support for safe production.
