Through interactive, hands-on learning exercises, participants will enhance both their strategic thinking and practical skills in project management. Led by the management department’s leadership, nearly 20 trainees took part in this intensive workshop.
Specialized Training on Project Management
During the intensive training session, the instructor introduced the team members to the fundamental concepts and principles of project management—along with their crucial role in ensuring project success—through vivid case studies and clear, easy-to-understand explanations.
In response to the business pain points raised by team members, the instructor proposed “ Customers are our foundation; special box innovation is our core. We strive to enhance quality and ensure precise delivery schedules. "the viewpoint. Meanwhile, guided by the instructor, the participants formed Performance Growth Golden Triangle (Customer-R&D-Delivery) Project Team Conduct drills and jointly explore how to establish an end-to-end closed loop, swiftly advance the project progress, and ensure the achievement of project objectives.
During this session, the participants also gained valuable professional insights into project management, such as how requirement management is a crucial component; overall management forms the core of effective project leadership; and project scope management plays a vital role in clarifying project objectives and preventing scope creep. Everyone expressed that this intensive training was highly rewarding and immensely beneficial—a rare and enriching experience on their journey toward career growth.
This third offline training session of the "T+3" project not only deepened the participants' understanding of project management but also enhanced their ability to tackle various challenges encountered in practical operations. At the same time, it will help them better leverage project management skills in their future work, effectively driving project implementation and execution—and ultimately supporting the company as it strides toward a new stage of high-quality development.
