In March 2019, I joined the Taicang Cold Box family as a fresh graduate, and over the past four years, I’ve been warmly embraced and supported by this vibrant community. Along the way, there were moments of confusion and periods of uncertainty, yet these challenges also brought unexpected rewards. Looking back, it’s been a journey filled with both obstacles and determination—a path that has profoundly shaped my growth and deepened my insights. Today, Taicang Cold Box has already embarked on a remarkable decade of relentless perseverance and innovation. Moving forward, we remain committed to nurturing creativity, striving for excellence, and eagerly anticipating another inspiring decade ahead.
During these four years of growing together, we’ve experienced many significant moments. In May 2019, I attended for the first time an event organized by the company—the Taicang Cold Box 2019 Q1 Creative Kungfu Theme Activity. At this event, I met colleagues from different departments, gained a preliminary understanding of the company’s operations, and, most importantly, strengthened trust and camaraderie among our team members. The day-long activity left me feeling truly enriched and inspired.

In July 2019, 15 of us—fresh graduates from across the country—gathered at Taicang Cold Box, bringing fresh energy and vitality to the company. As we stepped into the workforce, we’ve remained true to our original aspirations, always keeping in mind our mission. We’re committed to excelling in our respective roles, staying steadfast at our posts, and steadily moving forward with concrete actions—each step a testament to our dedication—to ultimately become outstanding members of CIMC.
In September 2019, I was fortunate enough to join the filming of CIMC's "Sing for the Motherland." Amidst the scorching summer heat, holding the five-star red flag high and singing with a powerful voice, we paid tribute to the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. As a member of the CIMC family, it was truly a moment of immense pride and honor.

In March 2020, the SAP system was launched. Under the guidance of instructors from the Group’s business units, we gradually became familiar with the system after more than half a month of learning. Our primary interactions through the system have been directly with colleagues from the Financial Planning Department. The implementation of this system has also helped standardize the department’s operations—covering areas such as contract management, supplier oversight, and tracking payment information. By reducing reliance on paper-based processes, it has significantly minimized potential risks and greatly enhanced the efficiency of departmental management.
In March 2021, the project for modifying the water-based paint system was successfully filed—marking the first time we independently completed the entire filing process for a project. Throughout this period, the project underwent several rounds of revisions before finally being approved. In June of the same year, the project officially kicked off, concurrently with the completion of the filing and construction permit acquisition for the expansion of the special container workshop. During the project's implementation, we worked closely with colleagues from equipment and finance teams to effectively manage and control every aspect of the project—including monitoring progress, ensuring timely rectification of any issues, tracking payment schedules, and overseeing on-site management of our suppliers.
In May 2022, as the COVID-19 pandemic surged, Taicang Cold Box actively responded to the government's call by assembling a volunteer team composed of clerical staff and cadres from various departments. After receiving professional training and guidance, we were honored to join the volunteer team and work alongside everyone in the fight against the epidemic.

On June 10, 2022, the container sector celebrated a major event marking the 40th anniversary of CIMC Group's production launch—the "Culture Journey Across Ten Thousand Li" initiative, which kicked off with an official ceremony held at the company's yard in Taicang. As a member of the opening ceremony's drumming team, I, along with four other teammates, underwent two weeks of rigorous training and delivered a thrilling performance that captivated everyone at the event.

 

40th Anniversary Launch Ceremony Begins

In October 2022, with the support of leaders at all levels, I successfully transitioned from a secretary in the Equipment Department to an HR Specialist in the Personnel and Administration Department. This was a completely new challenge, and throughout the process, I encountered various issues and difficulties—ranging from unfamiliarity with business operations to a lack of specialized knowledge—leading to significant pressure. Yet, it was precisely these challenges that strengthened my resolve to keep moving forward. I learned how to leverage available tools, mastered the art of teamwork, and developed a mindset of continuous learning and innovation. Most importantly, I refined my ability to adapt strategies effectively and steadily enhance my professional expertise.
In March 2023, I participated in campus recruitment for the first time. Facing those vibrant, energetic faces made me feel younger as well. Starting from being unfamiliar with interview techniques, I gradually became confident enough to skillfully handle questions commonly asked of fresh graduates. Throughout the entire recruitment process, I also gained insight into the students' diverse and evolving needs—underscoring the importance for our company to provide optimal support and create an even stronger appeal to attract top talent.
In April 2023, with the support and cooperation of all departments, the acceptance process for the Labor Employment System (Mobile Cloud Attendance) project was successfully completed.
In May 2023, joined the MES project team to provide data support for the labor and workforce module.
In June 2023, the T+2 project was launched, involving pre-event planning and preparation work prior to the program's commencement, as well as arrangements for the class opening.
In August 2023, Taicang Cold Box held the second session of its 2023 New Employee General Manager Meeting. From the initial planning stage through the execution of the event, the entire process was carefully reviewed, highlighting the importance of considering multiple aspects and making thorough arrangements when organizing an activity. Moving forward, we will gradually refine both the overall event flow and its detailed guidelines.
Looking back, my thoughts are filled with countless emotions—from being an innocent fresh graduate to becoming a professional in the workplace, gradually adapting to corporate life. In the course of work, there have been disagreements as well as moments of joy, all aimed at completing each task more efficiently and professionally. As we look ahead, whether it’s the vibrant days of spring blossoms or the serene beauty of winter snowflakes, let’s always hold onto hope and maintain confidence and grace. The road ahead is still long, but by taking each step steadily, one day we’ll surely embrace the radiant dawn that awaits us.
Today, Taicang Refrigerated Containers is celebrating its 10th anniversary—a moment worth commemorating, yet also a time for reflection and forward-looking vision. Looking back, we’ve navigated through challenges and twists and turns, yet we’ve always remained steadfast in our dedication to and pursuit of our dreams. From standard container business to specialized container services, we’ve continuously advanced, constantly innovating our products along the way. Now, we boast an outstanding technical team—and, more importantly, we offer first-class products and services that set us apart.
But we don’t stop here—we stand at a new starting point, brimming with hope and anticipation for the future of Taicang Refrigerated Containers. We’ve already mapped out an inspiring blueprint for what’s ahead, with our vision firmly set on "becoming the global leader in cold-chain logistics equipment and services." I’m confident that, with the collective efforts of the more than 800 employees at Taicang Refrigerated Containers, we’ll continue to grow stronger and thrive in the years to come.
In the future, I hope to continue nurturing my passion and innovative spirit, constantly enhancing both my competitiveness and influence. While excelling in my current role, I’ll strive to deepen my professional theoretical knowledge, approaching each day’s work with enthusiasm and dedication. At the same time, I aim to collaborate more effectively with colleagues across different departments, boosting productivity, fostering stronger business communication, and ultimately contributing even more significantly to Taicang Cold Containers.
Finally, I sincerely wish Taicang Cold Box even greater achievements in the years ahead and hope it continues to advance to higher platforms. May our dreams keep burning brightly, may our team remain united and move forward together, and may our company thrive and flourish! Let’s work together to build an even brighter future!
