A Series of Knowledge-Sharing Events on Excellence in Operations, Innovation, and Breakthroughs — The Dubbing Show

On April 23, it was World Book Day, and taking this as an opportunity, the HR & Administration Department hosted a knowledge-sharing event titled "Excellence in Operations · Innovation and Breakthroughs" on May 7. After more than ten days of preparation and anticipation, the department’s much-anticipated "Voiceover Show" officially kicked off. This unique event featured eight members from the HR & Administration Department, divided into two lively teams: the HR team voiced a segment from "The Queen of Potala," while the Administration team brought to life a clip from "Chinese Partners." The voiceover session not only strengthened team cohesion and boosted morale but also added a vibrant touch to their busy workdays, fostering a dynamic and uplifting atmosphere across the department.
The two clips from this year's voice-over showcase—*The Queen Who Wore Potala* is an inspiring film about an ordinary girl who knows nothing about fashion. Struggling with career uncertainty at first, she perseveres through relentless effort and continuous learning, ultimately transforming herself into a remarkable professional and fashion icon. Meanwhile, *Chinese Partners* follows three young men from different generations—Cheng Dongqing, Meng Xiaojun, and Wang Yang—who meet and bond as students, later joining forces to establish an English training school. Together, they pursue the "Chinese Dream" with passion and determination. Both stories are rich with themes of ambition, growth, innovation, and breakthroughs—perfectly aligning with the event’s theme of "Excellence in Operations, Innovation & Breakthrough."
The knowledge-sharing event went beyond just a voice-over showcase—this initiative by the HR and Administration Department is just the beginning. We look forward to seeing equally engaging and unique employee activities from other departments down the road.
