Outstanding Operations · Innovative Breakthroughs: A Series of Knowledge-Sharing Events—The Awakening Stage Play
2023-05-23
Each generation has its own Long March, and each generation bears its own unique responsibility. In that era of awakening, our predecessors tirelessly forged ahead, pioneering new ideas and building a new China. Now, as we stand in this new age, what should we do—and how can we help the company achieve its strategic goals?
On May 16, the third "Excellence in Operations & Innovation Breakthroughs" themed knowledge-sharing event, organized by the Corporate Management Department, kicked off with great enthusiasm. Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions about the meaning of "Excellence in Operations & Innovation Breakthroughs," drawing from unique perspectives—including reenacting scenes from "The Awakening Age," sharing headline events from the day they were born, watching short videos inspired by the series, and openly exchanging their insights and reflections.
The era of awakening belonged to our predecessors—so, what happened in the world on the day we were born?
This event saw department members receiving a copy of the People's Daily on their respective birthdays. The moment everyone held the newspaper, emotions surged—filled with excitement and nostalgia—as they eagerly shared the top headlines from their own youth. From the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, to the 2000s, we journeyed through more than three decades, almost as if we could witness time itself and feel the profound changes our era has undergone.
More important than knowledge are a person’s mindset, perspective, and professional integrity. You shouldn’t simply follow the crowd—instead, critically analyze and evaluate the information you gather, separate fact from fiction, and delve beneath the surface to form your own informed judgments and conclusions.
